wellbeing not winning is a visual ethnography made in collaboration with the people of Papunya in central Australia. funded by the Australian Research Council, this ethnography is part of a transdisciplinary academic research project to understand the meaning and value of sport to remote Aboriginal communities by contrasting experiences at community sports weekends with those at local football league fixtures
